Madeleine Bugge Karlsen is a Norwegian creative professional based in Norway, with an international background spanning London, Copenhagen, and Oslo. After growing up in Norway, she moved to London, where she spent more than eight years studying at the University of the Arts London while building a career within the fashion and creative industries.

Her experience includes working as the Global Social Media and Community Creative at COS in London and with Varsity Headwear in Oslo, giving her a strong foundation in fashion marketing, brand storytelling, and community building across international markets.

Madeleine specialises in organic social media, content creation, marketing, art direction, and production and project coordination. She enjoys working across the entire creative process—from concept development and creative strategy to execution and delivery—bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to every project.
